This page lists hair transplant clinics active in Turkey. It is not a ranking. It does not assign scores, does not award anyone, and does not indicate a "best clinic," because whoever publishes this page works in the same market, and a ranking signed by us would be worthless.
What you will find here is narrower and, we hope, more useful: for each facility, we only report what has been read on its official website — city, doctors indicated by name, declared techniques — along with the method by which the list was built and the explicit list of things we decided not to publish.
Who publishes this page, and why we declare it before the list
Albania Hair Clinic is a hair transplant clinic based in Tirana, and this page is published by Albania Hair Clinic. The group we belong to also manages other clinics in the same sector in Turkey: Istanbul Care and Estemoon. This means we are writing about a market in which we also operate, and the facilities named below are, commercially, our direct competitors.
This is a conflict of interest. We declare it here, before the list and not after, so that you can weigh every line accordingly.
The practical consequence is that this page does not draw up a ranking and does not name a winner. The order is alphabetical and has no evaluative meaning: the first facility mentioned is not "the best" and the last is not "the worst." Our facilities do not appear in the list; we declare them separately in a dedicated section. The editorial criteria we work with are described in our editorial policy, and who we are is explained on the About us page.
How was this list built?
Source. Every piece of information reported for the listed clinics comes from the clinic's own official website. We did not use medical tourism directories, quote portals, review aggregators, or paid editorial content published on third-party outlets, because in those formats it is not possible to distinguish information from purchased promotion.
Date of the survey. The websites were consulted on August 7, 2026. A website can change at any time: if you read this page much later, verify again at the source before making decisions.
Selection rule. We considered the clinics that, on the indicated date, appeared on the first page of Google results in Italy for the search "migliori cliniche trapianto capelli turchia" and for closely related queries. Presence on that results page is a measurable and repeatable fact; it is not a quality judgment, and it should not be read as such. From that initial set, we kept the facilities that publish on their website at least the city where they operate and the techniques they declare they perform.
What we decided not to publish. This is the part that is usually missing from lists of this kind, so we include it in full:
- The prices of other clinics. A price changes based on the number of grafts, technique, season, and sales channel, and what appears on a promotional page is often not what is then invoiced. We are not in a position to verify it, so we do not write it.
- Activity numbers — procedures performed, patients treated, declared years of experience. These are self-reported figures that no one publishes in a verifiable form.
- Review scores and the number of reviews. They are influenceable and change from week to week.
- Awards and recognitions. In the hair tourism sector, many "awards" are purchasable or assigned by private entities created for that purpose. Without being able to trace the entity that awards and the criteria it uses, an award is not information.
- Our assessments of others' clinical quality. We have not visited these facilities, we have not seen their operating rooms, and we have not examined their patients. A judgment under these conditions would be a commercial opinion disguised as information.
When a piece of data is missing. If a clinic does not publish information on its website, the entry remains empty and we point it out. We do not fill gaps with estimates, memories, or what is read elsewhere.
Which hair transplant clinics in Turkey appear in this list?
Alphabetical order. We repeat the point because it is the one where it is easiest to slip: the position in this list means nothing.
Asmed
Published address: Atatürk Mah., Sedef Caddesi No: 1/1, Ataşehir – İstanbul. Doctor indicated on the website: Dr. Koray Erdogan. The technique presented is FUE. The website exists in an Italian version, declared by the site itself. A practical detail worth knowing: the domains asmed.com.tr and asmedhair.com both redirect to hairtransplantfue.org, which is the site where we read this information. Source: official website, Italian version.
Capilclinic
Published address for Turkey: Emin Ali Paşa Caddesi No 43, 34740 Kadıköy/İstanbul. The group also declares two Italian locations, in Milan and Rome. Doctors indicated: Prof. Dr. Oguz Kayiran, associated with the Istanbul location, and Dr. Methap Ugur; for the Italian locations, the website indicates Dr. Vicenzo Monaco. Published techniques: Min Time FUE, FUE Zaffiro, and DHI Standard. The Italian website is a dedicated domain. Source: Turkey page and about us.
Cosmedica
Published address: Esentepe, Kore Şehitleri Cd. No:2/1, 34394 Şişli/İstanbul. The company name indicated on the website is a Turkish health services and tourism company. Physician indicated: Dr. Levent Acar. Techniques published: FUE, DHI, Sapphire FUE, Sapphire DHI, and FUT. The website has a complete Italian version. Source: contacts and about us.
Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic
Address published at the bottom of the website: Merkez Mh., İstiklal Sk. No:11/A, Key Plaza, Şişli, İstanbul, indicated as office. Physician indicated: Dr. Serkan Aygın. Techniques published: FUE, DHI, Sapphire FUE, in addition to PRP and stem cell treatments, unshaven hair transplant, beard and eyebrow transplant. The website declares an Italian version among its language options. Source: official website, Italian version.
Heva Clinic
The facility presents itself as a clinic for hair transplant and dental treatments in Istanbul. The website does not publish a street address: in the contact page only "Istanbul, Turkey" appears. However, it publishes two elements that can be noted and asked to verify: an international health tourism authorization certificate number and a health tourism agency number. No physician is named on the pages consulted. Techniques published: FUE, DHI, unshaven transplant, beard transplant, PRP. Source: contact page, Italian version.
Vera Clinic
The website publishes two addresses: a polyclinic at Kordonboyu, Turgut Özal Blv. No: 47, 34860 Kartal/İstanbul, and a medical center at Küçükbakkalköy, Atilla İlhan Cd. No: 29-31, 34750 Ataşehir/İstanbul. It is the only facility in this list that publishes a surgical team with multiple names: Dr. Saim Nedim Ecevit, Dr. Emin Gül, Dr. Engin Selamioğlu, Dr. Hamit Göz, and Dr. Ekrem Ramazan Keskin, each with a stated qualification. Techniques published: FUE, Micro FUE, DHI, Sapphire FUE, FUT, in addition to PRP and a proprietary treatment. The website has an Italian version. Source: official website, Italian version.
Which names did we remove from the list, and why?
This section usually does not exist, and it says the most about the method. Two facilities appeared among the initial results and were not included.
- Dr. Emrah Cinik Hair Transplant. The domain emrahcinik.com resolves correctly but refuses connections: none of the pages were reachable during the survey, neither in Italian nor in other languages. Since the rule of this page is to report only what has been read on the facility's website, having been unable to read anything, we write nothing. It is not a judgment on the clinic: it is a technical issue with the website at the time we looked, and it may already be resolved by the time you read this.
- Medart Hair. Here the reason is different and worth explaining, because it is an instructive case. The name appears in Italian lists of "clinics in Turkey", but on its own reachable website the company publishes an address in London, on Harley Street, and describes itself as a medical tourism operator, not as a clinic with a Turkish location. It does not publish any address in Turkey and does not name an in-house surgeon: it indicates partners, including a hospital in Istanbul. It may be a perfectly legitimate intermediary, but an intermediary and a clinic are different things, and in a list of Turkish clinics the name would be misleading.
The second case is the reason why it is worth asking, about any name, a very simple question: is the person operating on me the same legal entity I am talking to? In hair tourism the answer is often no, and that is not a problem in itself — provided you know it before paying, not after.
Why are Albania Hair Clinic, Istanbul Care, and Estemoon not in the list?
Because we cannot list ourselves alongside those we evaluate and call it information. Putting our own brand inside a list we wrote ourselves — at any position, even the last — turns the page into advertising. We prefer to keep them out and declare them here, clearly:
- Albania Hair Clinic — Tirana, Albania. It is the clinic that publishes this page.
- Istanbul Care — Istanbul, Turkey. Same group.
- Estemoon — Turkey. Same group.
If you are considering Turkey, the two Turkish facilities of our group are effectively part of that market, and we have named them so that you know — not so that you choose them. Apply to them exactly the same checks you would apply to anyone else, including those described in the following section. If a check yields no answer, it counts as a non-answer even when the clinic is us.
How do you verify a Turkish clinic before booking?
The following checks can be done from home, in a short time, and do not require trusting anyone — not even this page.
Who actually performs the procedure?
In Turkey, the decisive question is not which brand you contacted, but which doctor operates and which part of the procedure they personally perform. Ask for it in writing, before payment, with first and last name. A generic answer ("our team of specialists") leaves the question open. A surgeon's name can then be searched in professional registries; for hair restoration surgery, there is also an international list of physicians available at the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. Absence from a list proves nothing by itself, but presence is an additional piece of data you can check yourself.
Is health tourism authorization verifiable?
Turkey regulates health services for foreign patients with an authorization system managed by the Ministry of Health; the public body that handles it internationally is USHAŞ. Ask the facility what the exact name of the authorized legal entity is and which hospital or health center it belongs to, because the commercial brand you contacted and the entity that operates on you do not always coincide.
Is the price complete before departure?
Ask for a written quote indicating the planned number of grafts, the technique, what happens if it is decided to change it in the operating room, what is included in case of a touch-up, and which items remain excluded. The point is not the total: it is that the total does not change after you have landed.
Are there photos at twelve months with the number of grafts?
Images a few weeks after the procedure show little, because at that stage a temporary shedding of transplanted hair is normal. A result can be assessed about a year later. Ask for images taken at that distance, with the same framing and the same lighting, accompanied by the number of grafts and the initial degree of baldness. A gallery without these references is not comparable with any other.
What do negative reviews say?
Enthusiastic reviews say little. Instead, read the one- and two-star ones, and see what they focus on: if complaints mainly concern communication after payment, difficulty reaching someone for a check-up, or a cost that appeared at the last minute, you have useful information about how the facility is organized.
What is provided if something goes wrong?
This is the question almost no one asks. Who do you contact for a check-up three months later, when you are back in Italy? Under what conditions is a second procedure evaluated? Who responds and in which language? Get the answers in writing: in the case of planned treatment abroad, your rights and the limits of reimbursement are described on the official European Union page on planned medical care abroad.
Why do you not find prices of other clinics on this page?
For the reason stated above: we cannot verify them. The only price list we can responsibly publish is our own, because it is the one we apply and for which we are accountable. As of the date of this page, the packages published by Albania Hair Clinic for Tirana are three: the FUE Sapphire Package at €1,450, the Biological DHI Package at €1,650, and the Gold DHI Ultra Package at €1,850, indicated as all-inclusive, for an overall range of €1,450–€1,850. Updated conditions and what each package includes are on the page cost of hair transplant in Albania.
We report our price list here not to invite you to compare it with others' figures that we do not have — that would be a comparison built on only one full column — but for consistency: if we ask clinics to publish the full price before departure, the least we can do is publish ours.
Turkey, Albania, or Italy: how to set up the comparison?
The question "which is the best country" has no answer valid for everyone, and whoever gives it in two lines is selling something. Instead, it makes sense to compare comparable things: who operates, what the price includes, how aftercare is organized after returning home, and how much it costs to go back if a check-up is needed.
If the comparison you are interested in is between the two most common destinations for Italian patients, we have covered it extensively in Hair transplant: Turkey or Albania. On how the process works in Albania — techniques, timelines, Tirana logistics — the reference page is Hair transplant in Albania: procedures in Tirana, while the criteria for examining a single Albanian facility are collected in how to choose a clinic in Albania. If instead you are still evaluating whether to go or stay, the comparison with Italy is in hair transplant in Italy or abroad.
On the prospects of results, a general caution applies: the outcome of a transplant depends on the density of the donor area, the extent of baldness, age, future progression of hair loss, and technical execution. No clinic — including ours — can establish in advance what you will achieve without having examined you, and a remote evaluation remains a hypothesis until it is confirmed in person.
What questions should you ask before confirming?
A short list to send in writing, so the answers remain:
- What is the name of the doctor who will perform the procedure and which steps does he perform personally?
- What is the legal name of the health facility and where is the operational address?
- Does the quote indicate a number of grafts? What happens if it turns out to be necessary to change it in the operating room?
- What is excluded from the package, item by item?
- Are there images at twelve months of patients with a degree of baldness similar to mine, with the number of grafts indicated?
- Who follows me in the following months, with what methods and in which language?
- Under what conditions is a second procedure considered, and who bears the cost?
If an answer does not arrive in writing, consider that an answer.
What this page cannot tell you
To close the same way we opened, by stating the limitations:
- We do not know which clinic is better, and we wouldn't know even if we were neutral: it depends on your case.
- We have not visited the listed facilities nor examined their clinical outcomes.
- We do not know their actual prices and we have not written them.
- The information provided is valid as of how the respective websites appeared on August 7, 2026, and may have changed.
- The list is not exhaustive: in Turkey, many more facilities operate than those that appear on a first page of results, and absence from this list is not a judgment.
- No part of this page replaces a medical visit. The evaluation of the donor area and the indication for surgery are done in person.
