Enhanced DHI is an advanced version of the DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) technique, designed to offer a high level of precision while the grafts are implanted.

The procedure uses a Choi Implanter Pen with a finer tip, which allows the doctor to work with greater precision during the insertion of the follicles.

The aim is a harmonious distribution of the grafts and a result that is as natural as possible, respecting the direction, angle and density of the existing hair.

Enhanced DHI is carried out in several stages:

1. Assessment and design. The doctor analyses the donor and recipient areas and defines the hairline design and the distribution of the grafts.
2. Follicle extraction. Grafts are extracted one by one from the donor area, usually the back and sides of the scalp.
3. Graft preparation. The follicles are checked and prepared for implantation.
4. Implantation with the Choi Pen. The grafts are inserted directly into the recipient area with the Choi Implanter Pen, allowing precise control of direction and angle.
5. Density distribution. The grafts are placed according to the plan set by the doctor, with particular attention to the hairline and to the areas that need more coverage.
