Corrections Policy

We publish health information, so being wrong has a cost for the reader. This page explains how to tell us that something on albaniahairclinic.com is wrong, what we do when you do, and what you can expect to see afterwards.

How to report an error

Write to info@albaniahairclinic.com with the subject line Correction, and include:

the full address (URL) of the page;
the sentence or figure you believe is wrong;
what you believe is correct, and a source for it if you have one.

You do not need to give a reason for asking, and you do not need to be a patient of ours. If you would rather telephone, call +355 68 505 5556 and ask for the person responsible for website content. You can also use our Contact page.

What we do with your report

We check it. We go back to the source behind the claim. If the claim has no source that supports it, that alone is enough for us to change or remove it.
We correct it. Where you are right, we fix the page. We do not argue a point we cannot support.
We tell you. If you left us a way to reply, we tell you what we changed, or why we did not.

How we mark a change

Not every change deserves a note, and pretending otherwise would make the notes meaningless. We treat three cases differently:

Minor fixes. Spelling, grammar, a broken link, a formatting problem. Corrected silently.
Material corrections. A wrong figure, a wrong medical statement, a misattributed source, a wrong price — anything that could have changed what a reader understood or decided. Corrected and noted on the page, with what was wrong and when it was fixed.
Withdrawal. If a page is wrong in a way that cannot be repaired by editing, we withdraw the claim and say on the page that we have done so. We do not delete a page silently to make a mistake disappear.

What we will not do

We will not remove a factually accurate page because someone dislikes it.
We will not backdate a corrected page to look as though it was always right.
We will not replace a wrong figure with a vaguer sentence instead of fixing it.

If your request is about your own personal data

Requests to correct or delete personal data are handled separately, under our Privacy Policy, not under this page. Requests about a photograph of you should also go to info@albaniahairclinic.com and will be treated as a personal data request.
