Fatma P. – Anaesthesia Technician & Trichology Consultant

Fatma P. is a member of the hair transplant team at Albania Hair Clinic in Tirana. She graduated from the Anaesthesia programme of the Plato Vocational School (Plato Meslek Yüksekokulu) at Istanbul Ayvansaray University on 27 July 2021. Her diploma is registered with Turkey's Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and can be verified through the e-Devlet system; a sworn Albanian translation was filed with a notary in Tirana in September 2025.

Her anaesthesia training defines her role in the operating room: she prepares and monitors local anaesthesia during FUE, Sapphire FUE and DHI procedures, follows the patient's vital parameters throughout the session and coordinates patient comfort with the surgeon. Before surgery she carries out the trichology assessment – scalp and donor-area analysis with a trichoscope – and records the medical history the surgeon uses to decide suitability and graft numbers.

Since graduating she has worked in hair transplant teams in Turkey and Albania, mostly with patients travelling from Italy and the rest of Europe. She also delivers pre- and post-operative instructions and remote follow-up checks, so patients have a clear point of contact after they return home.
